Play ‘Simon Says’ with Alexa

Play ‘Simon Says’ with Alexia and get her to say silly things - record her saying them and make it into a film!

With your ‘Alexa’ or equivalent, say ‘Alexa.... Simon says...’ and then whatever you want her to say. Then she’ll repeat whatever came after ‘Simon says’ perfectly (or weirdly, depending on the words)! I’d suggest that the funnier the better for this task!

Get the record button ready to film it and then edit it so it looks like Alexa is saying whatever they’ve asked her to say.

They could plan a whole conversation between themselves and Alexa - recording themselves, then Alexa, and edit it to look like a real conversation. Think up the strangest and most bizarre of things for Alexa to say!

My daughter did this and Alexa was a secret spy, watching our every move (kind of true really!). And she did another where Alexa really wanted to eat some real food but couldn’t because she was a machine. Maybe she’s trapped inside the machine and wants to get out!
