‘Colouring In’

Yes it’s what they did when they were far younger, but honestly, it can be really good just to sit with an outline image (or see the alternative below) and colour it in! Try it yourself too.

If you don’t want to follow someone else’s picture, and you want to create your own (in all honesty, I prefer this option), simply draw a scribble across a whole page, and then fill in the gaps and sections with different colours. You can also add different patterns if you like too. And shading!
